Let’s address actual training topics now. We’re going to start very high level, with a top down approach so we can frame the appropriate context, and drill down into actionable points.

Training in this context is all things that apply a stimulus to the body.

So we understand it’s a crucial part, but is it the only part?

As your training age increases however a more holistic understanding is required. The keys here are:
