  • As an intermediate, think of the 12 muscle groups
  • As an advanced, realise there are many movement slots for each muscle group and not everything can be trained simultaneously

This doesn’t neatly fall into our movement patterns where we go through a concentric and eccentric range of motion.

It also certainly doesn’t replace it. However, it makes a valuable and often under appreciated supplementary tool.
